Expanded Network of 29 Locations to Serve Customers

With 29 locations located across the United States and Canada, the combined company offers a selection of trailer parts, including a full line of axles, ball and ball mounts, body and frame, dump bed components, brakes, cargo control, couplers, toolboxes, winches, jacks, hitches, locks and latches, marine, breakaway controllers and tires and wheels.Using scale and an expanded geographic footprint, the combined company “will continue to grow and deliver even greater value and service to customers,’’ the companies said. Financial terms of the investment were not disclosed.
