Finding the right equipment
How do I contact a seller?
Open the equipment listing and use the contact options shown, such as Send a message or the seller’s phone number. Ask about the equipment, its condition, and the next steps.
Does the listing date confirm availability?
The listed date tells you when the ad was published. Contact the seller to confirm that the equipment is still available and to check its current price.
Why do some listings say “Contact seller for price”?
A price was not provided for that listing. Contact the seller for pricing and any additional details you need.
Who do I arrange the purchase with?
You discuss the equipment and arrange the purchase directly with the seller. Use the listing’s contact options to ask about inspections, payment, and pickup or delivery.
Where can I find specifications that are missing?
Start with the listing description and photos. If a detail is missing, such as capacity, dimensions, model, or included equipment, ask the seller to confirm it.
For sellers
Getting your equipment listed
How much does an online listing cost?
The standard online offer is $99 USD for one unit, up to 6 photos, and 90 days online from publication, with no sales commission. Checkout is currently unavailable.
What information and photos should I include?
Include the equipment type, make, model, year, location, price, condition, and any useful specifications you know. Use clear original photos showing the equipment and its important details. The submission form identifies required fields.
Can I edit my listing or mark it sold?
Sign in and open My Listings to manage your equipment and see the actions available for each listing. Listing details may be locked while payment or review is in progress. Choose Mark as Sold when the equipment sells; sold listings are removed from browse and search results.
Can I advertise several units or place a print ad?
Contact our team for multiple-unit advertising and print options. Print advertising and standard self-service online listings are separate offers; the team can help you choose the right option.
What if I need more time or help with my listing?
Contact our team for help with photos, posting, or an existing listing. Include the listing title or link if you have one. For additional advertising time, ask about the available options.
