EnTrans is introducing IntelliTank™, a family of intelligent tank technologies now available on its Heil Trailer and Polar Tank Trailer product lines. As industry leaders in cutting-edge engineering and innovation, both brands are bringing load security and operational efficiencies front and center, putting fleet owners and operators in the driver’s seat when it comes to hauling performance.

Suite of Technologies

Within the IntelliTank™ suite of technologies is IntelliSecure™ and IntelliOps™.  IntelliSecure™ is a collection of features engineered to increase load security and deliver greater tracking and monitoring from a distance. IntelliOps™ is EnTrans’ answer to enhancing the operation of its Heil Trailer and Polar products.

FuelGuard™

Designed specifically to deter theft from petroleum trailers, FuelGuard™ is a state-of-the-art bar locking system that uses geofencing technology to monitor when and where fuel is loaded and unloaded. Future innovations include the ability for fleet owners to monitor the opening and closing of discharge and emergency valves, API heads, MH lids and more on the trailer, giving them confidence their loads are secure.

TempGuard™

Transporting temperature-sensitive products requires an added level of visibility to ensure the integrity of every load. That’s where TempGuard™ comes in. This tool gives fleet managers and drivers the convenience of tracking and monitoring load temperatures from anywhere, anytime. That means drivers no longer need to stop along their route to check and record the temperature inside the trailer—something that takes time and can present an added safety risk. Instead, TempGuard™ puts the power and convenience of
load temperature monitoring directly into the hands of those who need it most.

LightGuard™

EnTrans engineers designed LightGuard™ to deliver added safety for drivers. Key areas such as connections, valves and hoses receive additional illumination, aiding drivers who make deliveries at service stations after dark. This additional lighting also increases the visibility of the trailer when it’s being driven or parked.
