FleetPride has acquired the assets of Berggren Diesel based in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
A distributor of truck and trailer parts and service provider in the independent heavy-duty aftermarket. FleetPride has acquired the assets of Berggren Diesel based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, with a second location in Terreton, Idaho. This is the 12th FleetPride acquisition of 2022, with continued expansion of its national parts and service operations.
Berggren Diesel is a family-owned, full-service shop operating on heavy-duty trucks and equipment serving the industry since 2013.

Harland Diesel Service Acquisition
A week before the Berggren acquisition, FleetPride announced it acquired the assets of Harland Diesel Service, a full-service shop operating on diesel trucks and heavy equipment. With 14 bays, Harland has served the industry since 1979 in Ponca City, Okla. and its surrounding areas.
“This acquisition will enable us to drive new growth and further extend our capabilities to support customers with a one stop shop for parts and service in the heavy-duty aftermarket,” Harris said.
