The dealership building, at 5220 Harbor Drive, Exit 141 off Interstate-29, is eight miles to the south of its previous location on U.S. Highway 75. “We are excited to grow in Sioux City,’’ said Shane Keizer, president of Keizer Companies. “We are happy to be along the interstate and get more exposure. Our previous facility was very limited on space and did not allow any room for growth, so we decided to build a new place, in a better location that will offer a much better experience for our customers.’’

The new 55,000-square-foot facility includes a two-floor office area for trailer sales, showroom for truckers to purchase truck and trailer parts, drivers’ waiting room and a service center with 16 service bays and a new drive-through wash station.

The project has doubled the company’s service and parts area and the new location’s proximity to the new Bridgeport West Industrial Park is expected to add new business.

The lot can accommodate 300 trailers and features new and used Utility 3000R reefers, 4000D-X Composite dry vans, 4000AE Combo flatbeds as well as Maurer, East and Landoll trailers.

“We will be excited to show off our brand new facility at our Grand Opening which will take place later this year,” Keizer added.
