Katrina Scully Ohl has been named president and chief executive at Wilmington, Mass.-based Scully Signal Co., company officials said. She is the granddaughter of company founder Francis P. Scully and daughter of Robert Scully.

Ohl has been employed at Scully for more than 20 years. She has held numerous positions within the company, including most recently as interim president and executive vice president.
“Due to her deep industry knowledge and the excellent results under her leadership, the board of directors unanimously approved her appointment as CEO,” said Ernest Santin, Scully’s lead director.
Ohl has been instrumental in driving initiatives to invest in new product development, improve operations, and extend customer support, company officials said.
“I am deeply committed to our customers, suppliers, employees, and my family,’’ Ohl said. “I am honored to be serving them in this new position and excited to continue the revitalization of our role as the innovative industry leader in fluid handling solutions.”
