Gary Gerstenslager, president and chief executive of Woodridge, Ill.-based Hendrickson, will retire at the end of the year after 32 years of service. Succeeding Gerstenslager will be Matt Joy, Chief Operating Officer at Hendrickson, who joined the company in 2006.
Founded 105 years ago, Hendrickson is a global manufacturer and supplier of medium and heavy-duty mechanical, elastomeric and air suspension systems; integrated and non-integrated axle and brakes systems; tire pressure control systems; auxiliary lift axle systems; and other equipment.
