BTI unveils new filtration system for pneumatic vacuum trailers

Bulk Tank Inc. recently released its AutoClean© Vacuum Filtration System for pneumatic vacuum trailers
Bulk Tank Inc. (BTI) of Park Hills, Mo., recently released its AutoClean© Vacuum Filtration System for pneumatic vacuum trailers, the company announced. The system automatically cleans the vacuum filtration media and recycles the material collected in the vacuum canister back into the load, the company said in its press release.
In addition, the system eliminates the need for 30-inch and 40-inch vacuum canisters containing as many as 500 filter tubes.
“The AutoClean© System does all of this without interrupting the vacuum loading process and with minimal driver interaction,’’ the company said. “This will reduce waste, decrease loading time and reduce maintenance cost due to blower wear and failure.’’
The system automatically cleans the vacuum filtration media and recycles the material collected in the vacuum canister back into the load.
BTI engineers designed the system to handle all vacuum loaded material with a 20-inch pressure rated vacuum canister, which includes BTI’s Ultralight Manhole lid, BTI’s Ultrafine Filtration Filter media, and the AutoClean Intuitive Control Box.

“The Patent Pending AutoClean© System is the first significant innovation in pneumatic vacuum loading in more than 30 years,’’ the company said.
The system will be available for a standard vacuum load operation, transfer load operation, or dust collection and recycle operations, according to BTI.
The BTI AutoClean© Vacuum Filtration System is available for shipment now, the company said.
