The U.S. Federeal Maritime Commission (FMC) has assigned to its Office of Administrative Law Judges (ALJ) a complaint from the American Trucking Associations’ (ATA) Intermodal Motor Carriers Conference (IMCC) alleging massive overcharges for container chassis use in recent years.
