An estimated 1,300 industry leaders representing more than 150 businesses are expected to gather in Los Angeles in September for the annual week-long Pacific Oil Conference (POC) trade show, conference officials said.
The conference, running Sept. 4 through Sept. 6, provides opportunities for networking, education and “exploration of the latest advancements across the industry,’’ POC said in a press release.
The show will give attendees a chance to “learn from the most provocative innovators and experts in fields, ranging from marketing and business development, to legal and regulatory compliance. These sessions provide insights into industry trends from top analysts, and in-depth breakdowns of regulations, straight from their authors.’’
The show will also provide an opportunity for oil and gas vendors to unveil new technologies, POC said. Those innovations include the latest in transportation technologies and alternative fuel systems.
At the end of each day there will be various networking events, hosted at the LA Live! venue.
