PSC acquires Grace Trailer Service
PSC, the nation’s largest network of commercial parts and repair facilities for the tank-trailer and tank-truck industry, has announced its acquisition of Grace Trailer Service, a leading tank- trailer service and repair business with three locations in the mid-south.
“Grace is a true market leader in its geographic space,” said PSC President Jerry Cignarella. “This acquisition is a perfect strategic fit for PSC’s focus on expanding its capacity into new markets. We look forward to fully integrating these sites and adding immediate value for our customers.”
Grace Trailer Service
Founded in West Memphis, Ark., in 1999 by the Fox family, Grace Trailer Service has grown to include three locations: Memphis, Tenn.; West Memphis; and Little Rock, Ark. All Grace sites are full-service parts and service centers. Its West Memphis facility is a multi-line new trailer dealer with five tank-washing bays.
“I’m excited for the team of employees who worked so hard to help build this company,” said former Grace owner Chris Fox. “Now being a part of PSC represents a great opportunity for them.”
The acquisition brings PSC’s total number of service centers to 38 and tank-cleaning locations to six, further expanding its growing network of facilities for the tank industry.
“We’re proud to extend our offerings into the mid-south region,” said Bryan Watson, PSC regional vice president. “These new locations will allow us to better meet the needs of our customers with in-stock parts and express service.”
PSC is the nation’s largest network of commercial parts and repair facilities dedicated to the tank-trailer and tank-truck industry, according to the company. PSC maintains certified tank-trailer service centers throughout the U.S., providing HM-183 and DOT inspections, as well as full service and tank repair.
PSC is owned by Houston, Texas-based Engineered Transportation International. Further information is available at polarservicecenters.com.
