Connersville, Indiana, USA: Howden Roots LLC, a globally recognized business with over 160 years of experience introduces the 412 HPT blower for the dry bulk transportation market that delivers more flow, lesser maintenance than blowers in its class available on the market.
The 412 HPT is a high-pressure tri-lobe blower that will deliver 15% more flow than the leading competitor while maintaining an optimal truck engine idle of 800-1000 RPM. Ease of maintenance is achieved with an internal cooling fan that reduces the expected oil temperature by 30% and thereby increasing the expected oil life and it utilizes an internal pump to provide lubrication to both ends of the blower eliminating the need for multiple fill points and types of lubrication. The 412 HPT is designed for intermittent duties of 25 PSIG/ 19” HgVac and continuous duties of 22 PSIG/ 18” HgVac, exceeding what is currently available in the market for similar class of blowers.
“The 412 HPT blower is a great option for our customers to improve their operations in terms of improved unloading time and maintenance at an attractive price point” says Matt Vail, Technology Program Leader
