Tank Truck Week runs September 27–30, 2026, in Oklahoma City, featuring exhibits and sessions on tank fleet operations, safety, maintenance, and cleaning.

Main venue: Oklahoma City Convention Center, 100 Mick Cornett Drive, Oklahoma City, OK 73109. Some functions take place at the Omni Oklahoma City; check the program for each location.
Registration: Through September 26, rates are $550 for NTTC members and $800 for nonmembers. On-site rates September 27–30 are $700 and $850, respectively. See official registration and hotel information for current terms.
Hotel: NTTC reports that its discounted Omni room block is sold out and lists nearby alternatives. This does not mean the entire hotel is sold out.
Schedule highlights
Times below are local to Oklahoma City.
- Sunday, September 27: Registration 2–5 p.m.; arrival and networking activities. Certain functions require an invitation.
- Monday, September 28: Committee meetings, maintenance programming, and an FMCSA update. Exhibits open 4:30–6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, September 29: PHMSA update, keynote and education. Exhibit hours: 11:30 a.m.–2 p.m. and 4:30–6:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, September 30: Education, exhibits 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., council meetings and evening awards at the Omni.
Session topics include cargo tank incident investigations, confined-space rescue readiness, valve maintenance, trailer specifications, insurance costs, and tank-cleaning equipment. Use the full official program for session times, rooms, speakers and access restrictions.
Exhibits
NTTC reports that booth space is sold out, with a waiting list available. Consult exhibitor information and the official floor plan before arranging supplier visits.
