Tremcar TremSmart technology will be the focus of a petroleum tank-trailer display at National Tank Truck Carriers’ Tank Truck Week, scheduled for September 27–30, 2026, in Oklahoma City. Tremcar announced the package in a September 21 press release ahead of its Booth 201 exhibit.
The announcement brings together equipment from PSI, RVS and Air-Weigh, covering tire and wheel-end information, visibility around the vehicle and onboard weight readings. For petroleum fleets, the display puts several tools for monitoring trailer condition and supporting drivers on one tank trailer.
The tank-trailer manufacturer describes TremSmart as its approach to a more connected trailer. Its announcement identifies the participating technologies but does not specify a shared dashboard, package pricing, or an ordering timetable.
Three technology components on the petroleum trailer
Tire and wheel-end monitoring: Tremcar says the PSI component combines TireView LIVE tire-pressure and temperature information with automatic tire inflation technology. The company presents the combination as a way to identify developing equipment problems before they cause downtime.
PSI’s TireView LIVE product information describes fleet dashboards, alerts, and historical tire data. Monitoring and inflation serve different functions: monitoring reports tire conditions, while the inflation hardware supplies air. PSI also offers Digital ThermALERT for real-time wheel-end temperature visibility, with the required inflation hardware and TireView LIVE integration.
Cameras and sensors: Tremcar says the RVS portion includes cameras, monitors, and sensors intended to improve visibility around the vehicle. The company also identifies incident recording and monitoring among the functions. The release does not list specific camera models or sensor configurations.

Onboard weighing: Air-Weigh’s iWeigh platform supplies weight information and accommodates multiple axle configurations, according to Tremcar. Bluetooth connectivity lets compatible devices access setup, calibration, and weight information.
Air-Weigh’s platform description confirms that users can view weight data through its app over Bluetooth. Complete tractor-trailer weight reporting depends on having the appropriate equipment on both the tractor and trailer.
For fleets evaluating the package, the practical questions include which readings reach the driver, which reach maintenance staff, and what equipment and connections each function requires.
Ladder demonstration and Mulvey recognition
Separately, Rig Crafters will demonstrate a tanker-access ladder at Tremcar’s booth. Tremcar describes it as designed to improve access safety when entering a tanker for maintenance, inspection, or repair.
Tremcar also plans to recognize Andy Mulvey’s retirement during the event.
